Private Lessons offer the personalized instruction necessary to develop a greater understanding of yoga and the many benefits including optimizing your health, reducing stress, fine tuning your practice and deepening your connection to your breath. The private class is based entirely on your needs and desires. Your instructor works with you to create a practice suitable for where you are now and where you want to grow to. A pricing plan will be developed based upon your location and number of visits you arrange.
Semi - Private Lessons
Semi-privates are a great way to have a more intimate experience with your teacher and fellow yogis. The class size is limited to 8 students, which gives the instructor more opportunity to give individual attention and tips for each of you to use in your practice. This is perfect for a family, friends, colleagues and small organizations.
Workshops are a chance for you to spend more time with your practice, discover the abilities of your body and learn more about yoga and how it can help you in your life. Namitzi Yoga offers a variety of workshops to supplement your regular practice or get you started. Every 6 Weeks we offer a Beginners series for those who are just starting and for those with years of practice who just want to return to the basics.
